Software Installation
Consumers (End Users): PanaLog follows the guidelines and requirements of Panasonic Corporation of North America regarding telephone systems. Under their guidelines, Panasonic Digital and/or Advanced IP Systems must be installed and programmed by Certified Panasonic Telephone System Installers. PanaLog Call Management Company does not provide support to consumers/end users on telephone system programming or setup/configuration parameters. Some Panasonic Telephone System models require programming for our call management products to operate. PanaLog Software will not operate properly unless the telephone system is programmed to our exact specifications, and hardware configured to your telephone system and PC specifications. We strongly recommend to all consumers/end users that the PanaLog products be installed and configured to your telephone system by your Panasonic vendor (telephone system installer).

*We no longer support Panasonic's Discontinued Telephone Systems (the call data stream will not be recognized): KX-TD500, KX-TD1232/816/308, KX-TAW848, KX-TA1232/624/308. Always check with your Certified Panasonic Telephone System Installer before purchasing PanaLog Software products to insure all of your equipment meets the required product specifications. Your equipment must meet all the PanaLog Software specs for proper program operation. PanaLog will not work on Panasonic's discontinued systems.
