To qualify for a CD
Replacement, you must be an Existing PanaLog User, and live in the
USA.
*IMPORTANT: Part # PanaLog_UV requires
your PC to have a floppy drive.

1. You lost your installation CD, Part Number
PanaLog Universal only. No replacements for Panalog ULTRA/USB Devices
(see warranty)

2. You have a PanaLog Key Disk to unlock
the program.

3. Your computer has a Floppy
Drive
PanaLog does charge customers for
replacement installation CD's as our warranty does not cover lost items.
Our fee with shipping is $45.00. PanaLog is not responsible for lost CD's,
or damage to CD's due to improper storage. Free Shipments to USA addresses
only by UPS Ground or USPS Priority. |
