A valid PanaLog Software Serial Number & Software Registration must be on file at PanaLog Company to receive tech support, activation codes & product warranty. Telephone System Requirements (User Supplied)

Supports Only USA Panasonic Telephone Systems:

  • KX-TDE100/200/600  |  KX-NCP500/1000  (NOTE: Only these systems will work with PanaLog Pure IP Software, as they have an MPR Interface card which is required to send call data. No other interface to the telephone system can be used. If you do not have these models, you will not be able to use the PanaLog Pure IP Product and should review PanaLog Chrome Specs).

  • Interface specs: Telephone System MPR card to consumer router via CAT5 cable; IP interface for call collection. (NOTE: Certified Panasonic Telephone System Installers assign the telephone system IP address, which is utilized for call collection. PanaLog Company does not assign IP addresses or program the telephone systems.)
